Rock it!

Queens of the Stone Age is tonight. I will try to muster up the feeling to rock it. Usually when I try I just end up falling asleep.

P.S.-food review tidbit: The Lucca Burger=overrated. Not one tenth as good as Nationwide and the fries are bunk. Does anyone out there (who has eaten at Nationwide) disagree that they have the best burger in Sac? Bring it!

yes, i disagree. nationwide might have the most overrated burger.....i belive squeeze inn has the best followed by in and out then if taco bell ever created a burger for their menu i belive that would be up there also. nationwide has good milkshakes, but the most disgusting burger that i have ever eaten. i refuse to belive anyone actually likes their burgers and challange anyone to prove me otherwise.

  2. I had the burger at the Waterboy last week and it was pretty great.

  3. Squeeze Inn is disgusting. I don't want a skirt of fried cheese mixed with grill bits circling my burger, thank you. I did not eat for a full 24 hours after I ate a burger there. That's good if you want to market the Squeeze Inn Weightloss plan, but does not equal a good burger. D.B.-are you saying better than Nationwide or just that it's a good burger?

  4. It's a great burger, but it's been too long since I've had Nationwide to make an apt comparison...it's certainly the best burger I've had in years...not counting the conceptual Taco Bell burger, of course.

nationwide is a burger that is catered to the kind of person who doesn't really like burgers, but likes to say they like them. while squeeze inn on the other hand is the very definition of what a burger is and should and could be.
    but then again
    i'm also a vegatarian.

back to my idea for a taco bell burger....so it would come on a bun of course but the bun would be made of tortillas then the tortillas would be wrapped in a bun that would have beans in the middle (right before you get to the tortilla bun, it would be a very thin layer of beans) then this bune would be wrapped in (instead of the paper that they hand you your burrito in) it would be wrapped in a soft tortilla! the burger would consist of all the usual suspect ie. pickles, lettuce and so on...but every now and then you'll get a little tease (which is what i call a taste) of sour cream or guacamole or bacon or more beans.....all of that because they would be making the burger at the same counter where they make the best burritos in sac or for that matter the world...so you would get some of the remnants of taste from their other products!!!!!

    case closed!

Nationwide may be the best, this I don't dispute. Other good 'uns: Willies (whenever I'm at the Tower Cafe shelling out 12 bucks for their yuppie burger I'm always thinking... WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING???), Grand Central Station (notorious W Sac heart-attack palace), Whiteys Jolly Kone (haven't been since Whitey died, is it still good?), and although the place is mucho-square-o, Johnny Rocket's BBQ-Ranch burger is SO GOOD.

I just polished off the small cheeseburger from Nationwide. It was the size of a quarter, and it was delicious and not too salty this time.

i love zeldas...they are a fine pizza establishment, but nationwide is the quiznos of burgers...too much money for the most disgusting thing i've ever put in my mouth.....i am a taste tester, a bi-sexual, an animal lover, a good kisser amongst many other things....but my statements stands as the truest words ever written above and beyond even the religous sense that ...
nationwide is the worst burger establishment since the begining of time, you claim you love it for the mere convienience of it...it's in downtown...get off your bikes and get in a car or a bus and go to a real burger place....here is a list..

    squeeze inn
    micky d's
    wendys
    in and out
    carls jr
    chubbys
    applebees
    t.j.i.fridays
    kfc
    any veggie burger from anywhere
    and
    coming soon.....

    TACO BELL

don't call it a come back!

  14. I've heard about way more disgusting things that you've put in your mouth, worm. And I don't just like it cuz it's downtown. I'd go to the ends of the earth for nationwide. Fuck I'd go to Middle Earth to the depths of Mordor or whatever the fuck the nerds call it.
