I believe Cafe Milazzo, a sorely underappreciated Italian restaraunt, serves them up as well. Can't say it's their specialty...but it's nice.
And the real reason I'm writing is that I noticed in that illuminating Lomos review that Jerry Fucking Martini is playing "jazz" there. Dude was the primary sax player in Sly and the Family Stone.
I saw his "duo" up in old-town Folsom at some pizza joint last summer. He did a pretty rippin version of "cut the cake" by the AWB. He can still play like a motherfucker...although his new direction isn't nearly as engaging. Mario
Dude, the Italian Importing Company has cannolis so good you must kill yourself after finishing one. I'm not kidding. In fact, their entire deli is ridiculously good. It's on Folsom. Go there now.

I got one at the italian deli market next to trader joes on Folsom. they make to order.

the market on folsom does have them. i forget the bakery's name on e or f, but they did at one time.
