sub shack tonight

another reminder, the sub shack wine feast thingy is tonight but once again I won't be going. Hopefully next week. Here's their number so you can call and find out the menu 457-5997

    pork tenderloin
    some type of chicken (can't remember)
    linguine in white wine sauce
    salad with fresh moz and tomatoes
    grilled corn salad
    french bread
    grilled artichokes with a goat cheese red pepper dipping sauce
    dessert: homemade brownies with blackberries, peaches and housemade whipped cream

    sauce recipe:
    puree goat cheese and roasted red peppers. add two kinds of red vinegar and sicilian olive oil. add fresh herbs, s&p to taste and continue to puree. perhaps add a dollop of gourmet mustard.

    The Shack's chicken was Catchatori. And if you've ever seen a chicken chase down one of those guys, it's really something. Dum chhhh
