so that's what it is: a liberty walk

Huh, interesting.  I'm glad Miley weighed in.

So do you guys know about the MidMo Christmas party?  It's this Saturday, it starts at 6pm, it's at Luigi's.  It is child friendly, there will be free pizza and really good raffle prizes (as usual).  The Best Christmas Ever Band will be performing!!!  Please bring a new, unwrapped toy for a kid.

What are the chances the free pizza won't be Luigi's pizza?

    I am into Liberty Walk.
Not kidding, every movement needs a dance song.

True or false: Luigi's was better when the Ganglians were bakin' pies.

Are we talking 'fungarden' or the real Luigis?

We used to be Luigis loyal patrons until about a month ago when my husbands elbow knocked a mug of beer to the ground and the actual Luigi charged us for said mug.
Is this standard practice, or was he just being a dick?

It should be noted that my husband didn't even have a chance to take a first sip, so it wasn't like we were being sloppy drunks or anything. We also cleaned up the mess.

    (1) wow, who did that? I mean who charged you for the glass? I just talked to an employee and that's not a standard practice.

    (2) All you Luigis haters are blowing my mind. Remeber the days when all we had were Pieces?

  9. Charles, those days are long gone. I also remember the days when all I had to choose from was Starbucks or Java City, but I ain't drinking that coffee anymore. Luigi's is a cool business, and the pizza at Luigi's on Stockton is good, but the slices are nasty. And they have a really gross beer selection.

I will say that the beer selection has improved a bit lately. At least there's Oly now so if you want the cheap shit there's an option that's not Miller Lite. Plus Lagunitas, which I'm not that big on, but I'll happily take it over Moosedrool or whatever.

I agree, the beer has gotten better.

Slice of Broadway has a pretty tight slice. I only get the veggie slices at Luigis. The pesto one is fine. The veggie one had gotten worse over the years.
