busted!

I was checkin' my hits and who is linking me and I found out that ol' Kev Seconds read that really old post about the rumor that he and the missus like to swing. Read it here.

  1. it's pretty funny to get called "indie". I am so not indie that I'm not even that clear on what indie is. Unless talking about local music makes you indie. But it's inevitable to get mischaracterized when you're putting yourself in the public eye, even in a limited forum like this. I'm sure Kev feels mischaracterized by my post, too.

Why do you want to know if she is going to make fun of it? Are you going to make fun of her making fun of it?

well 1st off, as a blogger heckasac would never mock another blogger. also mike shouldn't get the rap, it was big talk all around, everybody loves swingers or stories about swinging. plus if not 'indie' than what rubric would you fall under (besides best friend and wonderfull humanbeing/roomate)?

I think that someone needs to investigate Christian Kiefer's involvement in this matter.

So was Kev denying or admitting to the swinging?

In what sense! Now Heckasac is really swinging....

The only rumor that I heard was that they sold thong underwear at the True Love.

Becks, don't you know by now that it's a crime in Sac to ever say anything even remotely resembling a maybe somewhat less than 1000% totally positive comment about anything?

Mike Ross was not fired! He's probably going to work at the new True Love. Who is this anonymous that's trying to stir up trouble...

Whoa, Us Magazine Sacramento style! aren't "Kev" and "Al" getting divorced anyway? That doesn't count as swinging does it? Isn't she crunk bumpin' that ugly pant-suited faux-mo (that's Faux Homo by the way) that owns Bodytribe? Guess she has a "type".

  14. wow. i do some work for five minutes and shit explodes in my face (i mean blogwise, i'm not talking about opossum shit). Yeah, since when do I make fun of other peoples blogs, oh brave anonymous? I think we both know the answer is never. I call for a full senate investigation into the leak of this rumor about the swinging to clear my name.

Good job starting rumors, anonymous. You give the rest of us anonymouses (anonymii?) a bad name.

No fair to hang that rumor on one guy. It's been around town since Mike R. was in diapers in Santa Cruz!

After reading Kev's post about the old Heckapost I was gonna point out that he freely airs his critical opinion of Becks & how is that any different than anyone elses critical opinion & what exactly makes the things he likes to do not "cliquey" or "too cool" all the while never seeming to realize that we all just basically do what we do because we like it & it entertains us? But then I remembered that I've asked that same question about 1000 times - ever since I first crawled my hipster ass to the first loft show (oh yeah, I was THERE! But not for the music, I swear. For the clique - aka the audience). And the question seems to be unanswerable. So I wont answer it.

I just wanted to (pointlessly) add that "crunk bumpin'" is probably the best thing I've heard (er, read) all day.

I always appreciate another silly euphemism for doin' it to add to my pillow talk repertoire...

The bitches dig it when you mix things up.
