Maybe Stan Atkinson was pitching an idea to Pierleoni abot how food tastes better when it's prepared by restaurants connected to PG&E's grid.
In an unrelated Bee story (http://www.sacbee.com/content/news/story/14252362p-15068513c.html), M.S. Enkoji reports that there are going to be some "killer views" from West Sacramento if that side of the Sac River is developed as planned. Are "killer views" better than "ginormous" views? Or, is that apples/oranges?
