more boring heckasac

I'm back! I barely took any pictures. It was fun. I highly recommend you visit Mazatlan if you want a cheap vacation, but go sometime in Feb-May. Later you will get jellyfish and it's too hot. Man, heckasac is so boring lately! I've been at this too long.

one funny thing from mazatlan. one day on the beach across the street from where we were staying there was this homemade sign that said "peligro" and "danger". it was a stick with a red cloth tied to it. a guy came around to take it down. he had one of those baywatch red pontoon things. he was trying to make time with lacadia and she asked him if he was a lifeguard. he said "i'm the guy that saves the lifeguards". i love the mental image of a lifeguard drowning and this guy being such a badass that he's the one that gets called. isn't that pretty much the best line ever?

oh yeah, and also, we went out dancing with my mom and her cougar friends and at one point BOTH cover bands playing in a one block radius were playing hotel california, but not in unison.

I have a few pics up so far, with more to come tomorrow.

Lifeguard of Lifeguards was a truly wonderful human being. He was on the other end of the spectrum from the stoned tequila plantation/ziplining guide, whose idea of a pickup was swerving violently along the dirt road so that we nearly fell out of his truck and later trying to woo us with slabs of fly-covered, moist, rotting agave plant.

I will forever regret not being able to attend Super Lifeguard's reggaeton party. And, I know you will forever regret not getting that tattoo on the beach.

is it too much to ask that they do?
