Ozzie!

What are you doing for second Saturday? Soriano has put together an event. His label, S.S. records has reissued an LP from legendary Sac rock band Ozzie. The release party is on Saturday, at the Ooley Theater on 28th and T (wha?). DJ Rick is djing and Ryan Wells who is from the BAY AREA. Ozzie is so excited that they reunited for the release! Event starts at 8pm. I don't know much about Ozzie and I keep missing all the stuff on NPR about it, so can someone tell me something?

Singer of legendary British genre-starters, Black Sabbath. Eventually went solo, releasing such metal classics as Diary of a Madman. Noted for eating heads of birds/bats in concert and family-based reality TV show.

I think that the Ooley Theater is that warehouse that used to be the Velvet Elvis on 28th between T and U. It's only $3 too and I guess there will be merch.

Is there a way to listen to their music besides buying the record? It's not like I can just go to the dollar section at Tower and skip past the Scraping Foetus records to pick one up anymore.
