can we take a poll on your blog becky? how many people actually felt 'united' with their fellow Americans on the day of September 11th? I know I didn't.
I don't remember everyone being united after Sept 11th. The only thing missing from her article that would have made it complete would have been the phrase "innocence lost"

Yeah, I doubt if the Muslims in this country felt we were united. Unless it was united against them.
