hot off the presses

C.K. has a cover story about the weird beards around town. Check it. I'll read it tomorrow cuz I'm out like a pint of stout (painful). I hope that controversy rages. Let me know if the indie list's abuzz cuz i'm still not on it.

Here's a tip- the sacto indie list is never abuzz. Unless "abuzz" means one guy with a perm and another guy who looks like a Vulcan in dick-jeans writing 25 paragraph essays about how boss that art-core show at Mick Mucus' house was or is going to be. Okay, that's not entirely true. Every once in a while, Miller disses on Vulcan-In-Dick-Jeans and that can be entertaining. But he's still using his best material here. Which brings up a good point: Why would you even want to fuck with the indie list, heckasac? This blog is where it's all happening! Heckasac trying to get on the indie list would be like Peja saying, "I heard that some members of the Feeling and Electrogroup were playing pick-up basketball at some middle school by Sac City. Anyone know how I could get in on that?" It would be like PJ Harvey saying, "I heard the Skirts were looking for a new bass player. I think I might try out." It would be like Scarlett Johannsen saying, "How does Goldie Hawn look so gorgeous all the time?!" Scarlett would NEVER do that, by the way. I just want to make that clear.

This writing is boring and tedious. Not good for a cover page story.

Wow. Thanks anonymous. Flattery will get you everywhere. Has anyone ever counted how many cliches I use per day? I bet it's a lot. But that's what makes me Scarlett Johannsen to the indie list's Goldie Hawn. By the way, I cannot believe how beautfiul SJ is. She can't take a bad picture. I don't even like her that much, or masturbate thinking about her more than once or twice a week (jk), but I can't believe how gorgeous she always looks. It's unreal. Is this the kind of blogging quality you're talking about, anonymous?

More dissing the indie list and girl-on-girl blogging is needed.
