I have very little to say about CIS (crime in Sac), but I will say I really like this video. It's cool enough that some kid in Spain made this and never told us, but once I realized that the guy totally edited it a bunch, sped it up, slowed it down, synced up certain lines with the action, I was way more impressed. We tried to contact the dude but he never responded!
