It's spam. You should ban their IPA if you can, and now that they know about you, it'll probably get worse. You really should delete those because if they stay up, it'll attract more attention from other spammers.

what's an ipa (besides a gross bitter beer)? i'm not high tech enough to battle spammers! i guess i'll just take down the whole blog and go kill myself. (this is your cue to write a crapload of comments about how great my blog is and that i have so much to live for.)
just disable anonymous comments. Some people like Charles or Scott won't be able to comment any longer, but they could make the extra effort and create their own blog accounts just to post here if they really wanted to, and then you would eliminat this nonesense.
