sublet in nyc

My friend (and Sac expat) Josh Reynolds is looking for someone to sublet his room in Brooklyn for the months of June to November for 400 bucks a month. It's a small room in a warehouse that's all set up for people to live there. A lot of the time most of the inhabitants will be on tour with the Red Hot Chili Peppers so it would just be you and another roomate.
