aura condos?
I'm a little late on this (I was outta town!) but uneasy rheoric blog has been heating up from a post about yet another luxury condo tower idea designed by uber-putz Daniel Liebskind. I love how the fact that I'm "insufficiently rah rah," as Carl put it, is a controversy.
did you see the article on the office building with the scale model of the parthenon on it? so hideous. although i'll admit that i wouldn't mind hanging out in a scale model of the parthenon on top a 29 story office building while drinking a beer.

Woah! That's crazy! See that's the kind of wierd shit I can get behind, fuck this "Daniel Leibiskind fancy tower for people who wish they were living somewhere else and think being a cow town is a bad thing and don't get that all the people who always lived in and loved downtown are being driven out by increased rent and house prices because of this luxury bullshit" bullshit! Let's put the fucking' parthenon on top of an office building!
